01 — Who I am

Experienced Visual Designer. Emerging Product & UI Designer.

I am Sajeesh Subramanian, a visual design leader with over 20 years across large-format print, advertising and enterprise digital design — the last 15 of them inside global IT majors.

I moved from Graphic Designer to designing UI screens, marketing systems and editorial products for healthcare and SaaS clients. Today I pair that craft with UX research and product thinking.

How I work

Ideas lightbulb surrounded by Research, Vision, Innovation and Learning
  1. Research
  2. Understand
  3. Simplify
  4. Design
  5. Validate
  6. Deliver

I start by listening. Then I strip away everything that does not help the person in front of the screen, design the smallest clear path, test it with real users, and hand it over ready to build. Twenty years of print taught me that craft is non-negotiable; UX taught me that clarity beats decoration every time.

Great design is invisible — it simply empowers the user.

08 — What I bring to a team

Value on day one

  • Design leadership shaped by two decades of shipping under real deadlines.
  • Enterprise fluency — I have worked inside global delivery teams and client governance.
  • Visual storytelling that makes strategy land with executives in one glance.
  • UX and product thinking grounded in research, not preference.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with analysts, sales, marketing and engineering.
  • Mentoring and review culture that lifts the quality of a whole team.

09 — Closing

I am looking for product and design leadership roles where complexity is the norm — healthcare, SaaS and public services — and where craft, clarity and evidence matter as much as speed.
